Exception: In case of excessive electricty+water usage beyond 8000 pesos a month,we will deduct the excess usage from the security deposit eg if electric+water comes up to 9000 pesos,we will deduct (9000-8000)= 1000 pesos.

To confirm any stay ,please first check the calendar to see if the dates you want are available or not
To confirm any stay ,please pay 25% of total  rent  or 6500 pesos whichever is higher as partial advanced security deposit using paypal or credit cards of visa,master,amex,discover.

If you have no credit cards then you can use cash but we will charge you extra 450 pesos  to meet up because time is money.Online payment takes only 20 seconds to confirm payment but meeting up means taking off 1 day from my apartment manager's other work

Another alternative if you do not have credit card is to pay the partial security deposit by western union but do not use western union unless you really trust the person or company that you are sending the money to

You can check in+check out anytime morning,afternoon or night but need to let us know before hand

On arrival date,pay balance of security deposit such that total security deposit  add up to 17,500 pesos

On arrival date pay the total rent in Philippine pesos cash or using paypal/credit card ( less preferred)

If any item gets damaged or missing during the stay,please tell the apartment manager who will get a replacement item but the tenant needs to pay for the cost,if not part or all of the security deposit could be used to pay for it

The security deposit is fully refundable upon check out ,but the security deposit becomes non refundable if cancelations or changes or shortening of the stay are made 45 nights or less before check in date or if the guest refuses to pay the balance of security deposit or refuses to pay all or part of the rent  or utilities or wants to pay a lower amount than agreed or if the guest wants to delay payment of rent or utilities upon checking in or if the guest does not turn up or does not check in on check in date for whatever reasons.

If Cancellation or changes  made more than 45 nites before check in date,the security deposit paid is refundable but there will be an administrative   charge of 3000 pesos

IT IS ADVISABLE TO BRING ENOUGH CASH TO COVER THE FULL RENT BECAUSE SOMETIMES EVEN CREDIT CARDS THAT WORK OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES DO NOT WORK ANY MORE WHEN YOU ARE WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES.

If you want to use your credit card then tell your credit card company you intend to use it in the Philippines before coming down
