If you feel more comfortable to meet up first,before paying for security deposit you are very welcomed to do so but a fee will be charged FOR EVERY SINGLE APARTMENT VIEWED or even if you do not view the apartment but just meet up,for the time needed to meet up or to GO TO EVERY APARTMENT
1)Either you yourself or your trusted friend can meet up either of my apartment managers .My apartment manager is in charge of meeting up tenants on arrival,collecting rent+balance of security deposit+talking with tenants regarding the apartment during their stay and meeting tenants on check out date.
MT APARTMENT MANAGERS ARE NOT IN CHARGE OF BOOKING THE APARTMENTS OR ANSWERING QUESTIONS REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF RENT. ONLY THE APARTMENT booking manager CHWEE IS IN CHARGE OF BOOKING AND CONFIRMING YOUR STAY.

2)Then either you or your trusted Manila friend can go with my apartment manager to visit every single condo apartment that we have.
My apartment manager will then open the door of the condo apartment so that either you or your trusted friend can go in and take a look.
Of course we can only go into the apartment if the apartment is not used by other tenants at that moment.
We can't go inside or open the door if the apartment is already occupied by tenants .
Then your friend can again follow Mary Grace to the next condo apartment in another part of Manila and we repeat the whole process again and again for every single condo apartment that we have.
Of course we can't do this for free.Because our precious time is money and also my apartment manager need to cover his/her transport costs from the house to the apartment and back again.Costs eg taxi fare to travel from one apartment to the next one will be additionally paid by the potential tenants in order for the apartment manager to go all over Manila with you .And also I need to ask my apartment manager to take off the whole day from his/her other work to do this.Each apartment viewed or visited will be charged a 1000 pesos viewing fee and the potential tenant also need to pay additionally for transport fare eg taxi fare to go from one apartment to the next one.
Charging a viewing fee to potential tenants who need to go to every single condo apartment to take a look is the only way that I can keep the rental rates so low for other tenants ,by cutting down on unnecessary costs and time spent.Potential tenants who do not need to go to every condo apartment do not need to pay this viewing fee.
So any requests for viewing of apartment or requests for cash payment by meeting up at the apartment can be done and are welcomed but will be charged a viewing fee of 1000 pesos for each condo apartment viewed or if you do not view any apartment but just wants to meet up,then we just charge 1000 pesos for that meeting up.
This way only those who need us to use up our very precious time to meet up will bear the extra costs while the extra costs will not be passed on to potential tenants who make a direct booking online and I think this is fair to ensure that the low costs and savings are passed down to tenants who help us to save on costs and time by a direct online booking.
Most potential tenants book just directly from the website,as this will really save us so much time and costs and thus enable me to rent out at low rent to my precious tenants like you.

The viewing fee is refundable on check out date only if you eventually stay at least 2 months at the apartment viewed only or if you only meet up my apartment manager but never make any viewing but you stay at least 2 months at any 1 of the manila apartment,then that 1000 pesos viewing fee will be refundable but only refundable you have made the rent payment for at least 2 months stay.
The above is the way you should proceed if you really want to feel very very comfortable before renting from us.It might cost you a few thousand pesos in viewing fee plus transport fares plus 1 to 3 days of your time going all over Manila with my apartment manager to see all our condo apartments but if it makes you feel more comfortable before renting from us,then why not?As long as you feel comfortable about it,I have no problems with you coming to see the apartments provided that on the day that you want to come to view the apartment,there are no tenants already renting and staying inside the apartment that you want to view.
