CABLE TV COST: 550 PESOS PER MONTH
INTERNET COST: 2000 PESOS PER MONTH
ASSOCIATION FEES (OR ESTATE MANAGEMENT FEES ): 2500 PESOS PER MONTH
WATER COST: 500 PESOS PER MONTH
GRAND TOTAL COST: 26,880 PESOS PER MONTH.
IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR COSTS ,EITHER CABLE TV OR INTERNET OR BOTH CAN BE TERMINATED BUT TERMINATION CAN BE DONE ONLY 1 MONTH AFTER YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE AND FOR THE FIRST MONTH OF STAY,CABLE TV AND INTERNET COST IS A MUST.
ASSOCIATION FEES (OR ESTATE MANAGEMENT FEES )+WATER FEES ARE COMPULSORY AND CANNOT BE REMOVED.
ELECTRICITY WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY AND WILL BE AT THE RATE OF 12 PESOS PER KWH OF ELECTRICITY USED AND BASED ON ELECTRICITY ENERGY METER WHICH MY STAFF WILL READ WHEN YOU CHECK IN TO THE APARTMENT AND HE /SHE WILL TAKE THE METER READING EVERY 2 MONTHS OR 3 MONTHS AND THE COST OF ELECTRICITY IS TO BE PAID TO MY STAFF EVERY 2 TO 4 MONTHS WHEN EVER HE/SHE COMES TO CHECK THE ELECTRICITY METER.
TO CONFIRM YOUR LONG STAY,YOU NEED TO PAY 20,000 DEPOSIT WHICH IS REFUNDABLE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE APARTMENT ON CHECK IN DATE ,YOU MAY NEED TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT WHICH IS REFUNDABLE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT
AND YOU ALSO NEED TO PAY
THE FIRST 1 MONTH COST PLUS ONE TIME CLEANING AND ADMIN FEE OF 5200 PESOS PER STAY.
EXACTLY 1 MONTH LATER ,YOU NEED TO PAY THE 2ND MONTH COST BY DEPOSITING INTO MY ROBINSONS

AFTER THAT ,YOU NEED TO SCAN OR USE A CAMERA TO TAKE A CLEAR PHOTO OF THE BANK DEPOSIT SLIP AND EMAIL TO
SO FROM THEN ONWARDS ,EVERY MONTH YOU NEED TO DEPOSIT THE 1 MONTH COST INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
Security deposit is 100 % refundable except that
Security deposit is not refundable if
1)there are changes or cancellation or shortening of the stay 45 days or less before arrival date or if
2)the tenant on arrival refuses to pay the balance of security deposit if any or
3)if the tenant refuses to pay the rent on due date or
4) if the tenant fails to turn up on check in date or
5)if the tenant does not email us the passport or ID 3 business days or earlier before arrival date or
6)if the tenants wants to use the security deposit to pay for the rent or
7)if the tenants wants to pay a lower rent than what was agreed upon initially or
8)if the tenant tries to stop us from checking the electric energy meter or
9)If tenant does not want to pay for the use of electricity or
10)if tenant does not want to pay for the cost of any items that are damaged or missing or
11)if tenant does not want to pay for internet cost or cable tv cost or water costs or association fees cost or
12)if the tenant shortens the agreed length of stay or checks out before the agreed check out date without paying full outstanding rent.
Rent paid or agreed even for dates cancelled are not refundable.
Even if the stay is shortened,the rent already agreed upon cannot be reduced.
In case changes or cancellation or shortening of stay is made more than 45 days before arrival the security deposit is refundable but there will be admin fee of 7000 pesos
In case of equipment damaged or missing from apartments,tenants need to pay for the cost of replacement or repair of items,otherwise part or all of the security deposit will be used for that.
Of course if an appliance mulfunction due to internal problems in the appliances that is not the fault of the guest/tenant then to be fair , we should not charge the guest/tenant any charge
Credit card/paypal payment for rent in Philippine pesos is possible but will be charged extra 4% more than if using pesos cash payment .
Credit card/paypal payment for rent in USA $ or rent payment in US $ cash are both ok but will be charged extra 4 %.
If rent is paid by credit card or paypal you have to pay it 4 days or earlier before due date.
