Our unit also comes with optional daily maid service, and parking is available - for a very nominal extra fee.

Our vacation condo is just a short taxi or Jeepney ride (3-5 minutes) from the most modern, upscale shopping centers in Asia! The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Actually it is a "murphy bed" hidden in the wall. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
general :
The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.
entertainment :
The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym.
eating & living :
There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery,glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing balcony. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
