To confirm the stay ,just pay partial security deposit (refundable) of 25% of total rent or 6500 pesos which ever is more,using paypal or credit cards of visa,master,amex or discover or using Bank ATM card online or using bank deposit to my bank account or using smart money or G cash
The partial security deposit is refundable on check out date but it becomes not refundable only if cancellations or shortening or changes in the stay is made 45 nights or less before arrival date or if the tenant refuses to pay the rest of the security deposit or the rent on arrival date
In case cancellations or shortening or changes in the stay is made more than 45 nights before arrival,the security deposit is refundable but there will be an admin fee of 3000 pesos deducted.
In case items from the apartment are damaged or missing during the stay,you need to let the apartment manager know so that she can get a replacement but you have to pay for the cost of replacement ,otherwise part or all of the security deposit willl be used to replace the items
During the stay,if the monthly electric+water bill combined were to exceed 3000 pesos ,the tenant will need to pay any amount in excess of 3000 pesos
Before coming down the tenant needs to fill up a move in form that we will email you+ the tenant need to email back to us that form that he had filled up + a signed copy of any 1 photo Id
On arrival date,pay balance of security deposit (refundable) so that total security deposit add up to 17500 pesos
On arrival date pay also the total rent in pesos cash or by paypal or credit card.
On checkout date,most of the security deposit will be refunded except for a small amount that will be finally refunded after the last utilities bill is out just in case the last utilities bill goes above 3000 pesos

In case you are extending the stay beyond 3 months you need to let us know at least 45 nites before the expiry date so that we do not rent to other tenants and also you need to pay the rent for the next period's stay at least 45 nights before the start of the next rental period
