Question: How is my security deposit refunded??
Answer: On your check in and check out dates,we will look at the electric energy meter
and water meter to work out the total utilities usage.
If there is no excess utilities usage then we will refund the full security deposit in Philippine pesos cash to you at the moment when you are checking out of the apartment.
This is assuming there are no items damaged or lost from the apartment.
In the rare case where there are items missing or damaged then we will deduct the cost of the items from the security deposit and refund all the rest of the security deposit.
For most tenants there will be no excess usage and the full security deposit will be refunded.
For the very few tenants that do have excess usage,in most cases there is only a small excess usage fee.
If you do not turn on the aircon the whole day and night and do not leave the aircon running when you go out and if you turn off the aircon when not in use,then there should be no excess utilities usage fee
