THE RENT ABOVE IS FOR EACH BEDROOM BUT THE TENANTS OR GUESTS CAN USE THE KITCHEN AND ALSO THE COMMON BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM WHICH HAS A LARGE STORAGE HEATER WITH STRONG WATER PRESSURE. GUESTS  ALSO HAVE IN THEIR OWN  BEDROOM A TELEVISION WITH MANY CABLE TV CHANNELS,A REFRIGERATOR,DVD PLAYER,SPEAKERS,HIGH SPEED 100 Mbps INTERNET BROADBAND ACCESS,EXTENSION SOCKETS ETC.

For 15 to 30 nights stay :S$20.95 per night 

 

BECAUSE THE APARTMENT CONTAIN MANY EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT LIKE DVD PLAYERS,OVENS,SCANNERS,TV AND SO ON,SO A S$500 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NEEDED DURING CHECK IN  ,BUT THIS SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FULLY RETURNED ON CHECK OUT IF NOTHING IS DAMAGED OR LOST.SO IF A DRINKING GLASS OF SAY S$1 IS BROKEN WE JUST CHARGE S$1 AND RETURN THE BALANCE OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT .LONG TERM TENANTS WHO HAVE MADE PAYMENT OF S$770 DEPOSIT DO NOT NEED TO PAY THE S$500 SECURITY DEPOSIT.

 

OFFICIAL CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM OR LATER AND OFFICIAL CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON OR EARLIER.SO GUESTS CHECKING IN EARLIER THAN 2PM OR CHECKING OUT LATER THAN 12 NOON WILL BE ASKED TO PAY AN EXTRA NIGHT OF STAY

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES MADE 45 NIGHTS OR LESS BEFORE CHECK IN DATE.CHANGES MADE  MORE THAN 45 NIGHTS BEFORE CHECK IN DATE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 15 % OF TOTAL COST.

For stays of 91 nights and above please pay  S$770  deposit (total cost for 1 month) to confirm and on checking in please pay   one month's rent plus utilities bill in advance and from then onwards the  monthly rent plus utilities bill is paid every month before each new rental cycle.The S$770 deposit will be returned on checking out as long as there is no shortening of the agreed rental period. In case of any damages or items lost we just deduct the cost of items and return the balance of security deposit.

The electricity,gas,water,high speed internet broadband, cable tv,use of cooking appliances ,aircon usage etc. all cost on average S$8 per night for the mini-room so YOU NEED TO ADD S$8 UTILITIES CHARGE PER NIGHT TO THE RENT PER NIGHT TO GET THE TOTAL COST PER NIGHT.For long staying tenants,the utilities bill is S$240 per month.Thanks.
