THE RENT ABOVE IS FOR EACH BEDROOM BUT THE TENANTS OR GUESTS CAN USE THE KITCHEN AND ALSO THE COMMON BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOM WHICH HAS A LARGE STORAGE HEATER WITH STRONG WATER PRESSURE. GUESTS  ALSO HAVE IN THEIR OWN  BEDROOM A TELEVISION WITH MANY CABLE TV CHANNELS,A REFRIGERATOR,DVD PLAYER,SPEAKERS,SUPER HIGH SPEED 100 MBPS   INTERNET BROADBAND ACCESS,EXTENSION SOCKETS,CLOTHES CABINETS ETC.

 

 

To confirm,tenants need to   pay S$1200 deposit and on checking in please pay   one month's rent plus utilities bill totalling  S$1200 in advance and from then onwards the  monthly rent plus utilities bill  is paid every month before each new rental cycle.The  deposit will be returned on checking out as long as there is no shortening of the agreed rental period and no damage to items.

The utilities charge is used for  electricity,gas,water,high speed internet broadband, cable tv,use of cooking appliances ,aircon usage ,hot water shower etc.These all cost on average S$250 per month per bedroom

The rent for each bedroom of either F or G is S$950 per month and utilities charge per month per bedroom is S$250
