Question: Who will meet me on the check in and check out dates at the condo apartment??

Answer: On the arrival check in date and time either my apartment manager Vergil will meet you at the condo apartment.
When you arrive at the lobby of the condo apartment just tell them you are looking for Vergil  at the unit number stated in my email to you.

In case Vergil  is not free,then we also have our apartment manager number 2 ,mary Grace
and if she is not free,we still have apartment manager number 3 or even apartment manager number 4.

Just make sure you keep to the time that you have agreed with us in the email regarding your arrival time and date.

In case of last minute changes in arrival timing you have to contact my apartment managers on their  cell phones to let them  know.

In last minute situations it is pointless to send emails to me (the apartment owner ) or to the apartment manager unless the email is sent 2 days before arrival date and time as we only check our  email every 24 hours and not every hour as we need to sleep too.Please do not get the wrong idea that any emails you sent 1 or 2 hours before your arrival timing will be read because it won't as the emails are checked only once every 24 hours.

In case the tenant arrives later than 3 hours after the agreed arrival time,any time beyond that 3 hours will be charged at 80 pesos per hour to ensure that the tenants do not arrive way too late beyond their stated arrival time.

After you have met up the apartment manager ,you need to pay the rest of the security deposit (refundable) plus pay the rent (non refundable) and she will then go through with you all the equipment in the apartment and then pass you the keys to the apartment.

It is best that you pass the apartment manager your cell phone number +your email (the same one that you used to book the apartment) so that she can contact you easily.

When you are staying in the condo apartment,the person you should speak to in case of questions or enquiries regarding the apartment,is the apartment manager and not the apartment owner Chwee.

In case of any changes in check out timing you also need to tell the apartment manager early

Please bear in mind that you are renting an apartment and not a hotel so you need to take care of all minor problems on your own.You are more like the tenant of an apartment rather than a hotel guest .

All equipment like tvs,dvd players,ovens and so on will have the instruction booklets beside them so if you are not sure on how to use them, just read the instruction booklets instead of calling the apartment manager.

If in case of situations where an appliances example aircon , is damaged or not working,then you call up the apartment manager only after you are sure that it is not working and if she really cannot come down,we will still provide you with the contacts of our aircon maintenance technician or appliances repair technician and if these technicians are not able to come down and that equipment is crucial then you can after talking to my apartment manager,go ahead to buy the replacement equipment only after you have been given permission to do so and on check out date we will pay you back the cost of that new item bought but the official receipt for that item has to be passed to my apartment manager.

You only contact the apartment owner Chwee by email in case of feedbacks or in case you want to extend your stays beyond the agreed check out date but it is best you let the apartment owner  Chwee know early of any extension in your stays
