WHY YOU SHOULD STAY AT MY CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS INSTEAD OF AT THE HOTELS
1)Hotels will charge you about 4 times my rental rate for the same size area and with the same equipment inside.Don't forget that most hotel rooms have areas of only 18 square metre while this apartment area is 40 sqare metre .So when comparing rental rates make sure you compare my apartment rent with the rent for a hotel suite or presidential suite .Don't compare my 40 square metre apartment rent with a tiny 18 square metre hotel room.
Hotels almost always do not provide these in the room but we do

5)photocopy machine(useful to make extra copies of your IDs,passports or important documents.)
All these equipment are very useful when you are travelling.You may love to be able to check the news,communicate with loved ones back home using emails or messenger with web camera.I am sure that you will miss people back home or other loved ones while you are travelling.Isn't it comforting to know that you can easily see your loved ones just by walking a few steps to our computer and do a messenger and web camera call with zero charge.You can even check on stock prices and trade stocks online while in our apartment with full privacy with nobody else to disturb you.You do not get this kind of privacy at an internet cafe or a hotel business centre.What's more is that many hotel business centres are closed at night.Or maybe you would like to chat or make some online friends who are staying in the same area before meeting up.
6)Many hotels do not have swimming pool but for us,the swimming pool is just a few steps from the door of our apartment.How convenient.Just change into your swimming attire and walk a few steps and then jump into the swimming for a nice refreshing swim.Or just float on the water or play in the water.
7)washing machines.Our apartment contain 2 washing machines and one of them has a dryer .So to wash your clothes just dump them into the washing machine, choose the automatic mode and press the button.You get your clothes properly cleaned and dried .if you want your clothes to be even dryer,you can hang it on the hangers near the window or on the moble clothes rack that we have provided.Save you the time and cost of going to a laundry.But if you do not like to do laundry,the laundry shop is just a few steps walk away.And the cost is very low too.So very convenient
8)electric iron and ironing board.This is useful when you want to look your best to go out.After your clothes are dry,just use the iron and ironing board to iron your clothes nicely so you would really look good and presentable for your shopping,outing or whatever dates you have.
9)electric induction oven.Useful if you want to do some of your own cooking.This is especially useful for those staying here for longer term and who want to do their own cooking after buying the groceries from the huge supermarket just downstairs.Saves you a huge amount of money especially for long staying guests.
10)kettle.Good for making yourself a nice cup of coffee,tea or hot chocolate.
11)Hot water dispenser.Good for storing hot water,so you do not need to keep boiling hot water from the kettle.
12)sleeps 7 people.Hotels usually allow only 1 or 2 people per room so you need to book 4 to 7 rooms instead of my one apartment,so just count the total cost at the hotel to see which is more worth your money.Just multiply the hotel room charge by 4 to 7 times and see what a frightening total figure you get to sleep 7 people at the hotel.So for families,it's really worth your money to use my apartment rather than the hotel rooms.But of course if you really have so many people coming,then some will have to use the mattresses provided as there are not enough Queen size beds to sleep all 7 people.
13)Dvd player/home theatre system /karaoke player with many loudspeakers.Have some nice romantic music playing in the apartment while you have a sweet slow dance with your loved one.How romantic.You will remember this nice moment for a long time.Or sing some karaoke songs with your friends and have a great time.
14)Large tv with large tv screen.Compare our large tv screen with the tiny tv screen you get at the hotels where the screen is so small you hardly can read the subtitles.There is also cable tv with 85 channels eg news,channels with different languages like English,Chinese,Korean,Japanese,Indian,discovery,sports,football,spanish,german,Italian,Al Jazeera International,MTV and many more.
Watch action movies on the huge tv screen and see everything like in real life.
15)Nice soft sofa for One adriatico.So you can be comfortable while watching tv or chatting with your friends.The sofa can also be used for sleeping if you have a big group coming over to stay.
16)Very Strong water pressure so you get a nice bath.If you have ever stayed at a hotel where the water trickles slowly,you would feel frustrated and find it difficult to get a proper bath.
17)Instant hot water heater.Many hotels use central heating and you do not get hot water instantly so you waste time waiting for the water to get hot.And then the hotel heater gets the water to be either too hot or not hot enough.So for the hotel heater,one instant you are freezing cold and the next instand you are getting scalded by hot water.By contrast,this instant hot water heater we have at our apartment shower room is controlled by the water pressure and the moment you turn on the shower control,you get nice hot water of just the right temperature and you can easily fine tune the temperature to one that is just right for you.You will really enjoy your bath staying here at our apartment.
18)Nice rugs.The huge rugs placed in front of the tv is very soft and comfortable and great for sitting or lying down while watching tv.

22)Microwave oven.This is useful for reheating food whether cooked by yourself or from outside that has turned cold.Keeps you from getting an upset stomache due to eating cold food.
23)The gymnastics room or gymn.This is something that those who are fitness conscious would look forward to.Keeps you fit even while you are travelling on vacations.It's only a few steps away from the door of the apartment.

So in my opinion it makes no sense to stay at a hotel and pay about 4 times the apartment rate and yet get less things and equipment in the apartment.Why waste time and waste money taking a taxi between the shopping mall and hotel everytime you need to buy some things??Might as well stay at my apartment and save time as you do not need to go here and there wasting time and save the money and time for doing more fun things around ermita manila.
