So in my opinion it makes no sense to stay at a hotel and pay about 4 times the apartment rate and yet get less things and equipment in the apartment.Why waste time and waste money taking a taxi between the shopping mall and hotel everytime you need to buy some things??Might as well stay at my apartment and save time as you do not need to go here and there wasting time and save the money and time for doing more fun things around manila.What's more is that the service you get here is more personal and you are treated like a special guest.
6)Many hotels do not have swimming pool but for us,the swimming pool is just a few steps from the door of our apartment.How convenient.Just change into your swimming attire and walk a few steps and then jump into the swimming for a nice refreshing swim.Or just float on the water or play in the water.
WHY YOU SHOULD STAY WITH US INSTEAD OF STAYING AT THE TYPICAL HOTEL?
1)Hotels will charge you about 4 times my rental rate for the same size area and with the same equipment inside.Don't forget that most hotel rooms have areas of only 18 square metre while this apartment area is 40 sqare metre .So when comparing rental rates make sure you compare my apartment rent with the rent for a hotel suite or presidential suite .Don't compare my 40 square metre apartment rent with a tiny 18 square metre hotel room.

7)washing machines.Our apartment contain 2 washing machines and one of them has a dryer .So to wash your clothes just dump them into the washing machine, choose the automatic mode and press the button.You get your clothes properly cleaned and dried .if you want your clothes to be even dryer,you can hang it on the hangers near the window or on the moble clothes rack that we have provided.Save you the time and cost of going to a laundry.
8)electric iron and ironing board.This is useful when you want to look your best to go out.After your clothes are dry,just use the iron and ironing board to iron your clothes nicely so you would really look good and presentable for your shopping,outing or whatever dates you have.
9)electric induction oven.Useful if you want to do some of your own cooking.This is especially useful for those staying here for longer term and who want to do their own cooking after buying the groceries from the huge supermarket just downstairs.Saves you a huge amount of money especially for long staying guests.
10)kettle.Good for making yourself a nice cup of coffee,tea or hot chocolate.
11)Hot water dispenser.Good for storing hot water,so you do not need to keep boiling hot water from the kettle.
12)sleeps 7 people.Hotels usually allow only 1 or 2 people per room so you need to book 4 to 7 rooms instead of my one apartment,so just count the total cost at the hotel to see which is more worth your money.Just multiply the hotel room charge by 4 to 7 times and see what a frightening total figure you get to sleep 7 people at the hotel.So for families,it's really worth your money to use my apartment rather than the hotel rooms.
13)Dvd player/home theatre system /karaoke player with many loudspeakers.Have some nice romantic music play in the apartment while you have a sweet slow dance with your loved one.How romantic.You will remember this nice moment for a long time.Or sing some karaoke songs with your friends and have a great time.
14)Huge tv with giant tv screen.Compare our giant tv screen with the tiny tv screen you get at the hotels where the screen is so small you hardly can read the subtitles.There is also cable tv with 85 channels eg news,channels with different languages like English,Chinese,Korean,Japanese,Indian,discovery,sports,football,spanish,german,Italian,Al Jazeera International,MTV and many more.

15)Nice soft sofa.So you can be comfortable while watching tv or chatting with your friends.The sofa can also be used for sleeping if you have a big group coming over to stay.
16)Very Strong water pressure so you get a nice bath.If you have ever stayed at a hotel where the water trickles slowly,you would feel frustrated and find it difficult to get a proper bath.
17)Instant hot water heater.Many hotels use central heating and you do not get hot water instantly so you waste time waiting for the water to get hot.And then the hotel heater gets the water to be either too hot or not hot enough.So for the hotel heater,one instant you are freezing cold and the next instand you are getting scalded by hot water.By contrast,this instant hot water heater we have at our apartment shower room is controlled by the water pressure and the moment you on the shower control,you get nice hot water of just the right temperature and you can easily fine tune the temperature to one that is just right for you.You will really enjoy your bath staying here at our apartment.
18)Nice rugs.The huge rugs placed in front of the tv is very soft and comfortable and great for sitting or lying down while watching tv.

22)Most hotels are quite far from the huge Robinsons shopping mall while my apartment lobby entrance is just THREE SECONDS WALK from the huge shopping mall entrance.Just imagine the amount of time and money you save on travelling expenses.How convenient it is to be staying just next door to this huge shopping mall with hundreds and hundreds of shops just next door.
