Q)How much is the rent or rent per nite ?
A)This question cannot be answered unless you first tell us which apartment you want and how long is your length of stay or better still ,tell me your check in and check out dates .The reason is because the rent per nite depends on your length of stay and also depends on which apartment you want.The longer the stay the lower the rent per nite so it's defintely worth your money to stay here longer.For eg for the Adriatico apartments if you stay for 90 nites,rent per nite is only 1200 pesos per nite including all utilities ,internet,cable tv and association fees but if you stay only 1 nite then the rent per nite goes up 10 times to 10,000 pesos per nite so you can see that rent per nite varies so widely,that's why it's pointless to ask us how much is the rent per nite if you never tell me how long you are staying. Q)Please call my phone
A)Sorry,we can't call you because we can't waste money unnecessarily making expensive international phone calls.All questions and enquiries should be by email preferably but if you have too much excess cash and insist on making expensive international phone calls to us,it's ok since we are not the one wasting the money making the international calls :)) except that even if you call up to ask about the total rent,we'll still need to put you on hold on the international phone call (your cost) for a few minutes and work out the cost based on the length of stay .If you want more details like equipments inside the apartment ,we'll read the list of equipment to you right down to the number of hangers while you write down everything stated on the phone.But if that is the case,why not just email us the questions online and we'll answer you with so much more details and you save your money too.The reason why we can offer you much lower rent (about 1/3 to 1/5 the hotel cost for same size and same quality room)compared to the nearby hotels is that we don't waste our precious money making unnecessary international phone calls and wasting unnecessary money and the cost savings is then passed on to you the tenants and guests.So please don't ask us to call you,but if you want to spend your own money on expensive phone calls to us ,you can call us.But email is still preferred as your phone call might be in the middle of the nite for us here and also your phone call might be right in the middle of us attending to some other business like our retail operations and other businesses.So,please,email YOUR enquiries or clicking this button below is preferred
Q)I am in the Philippines so can you call me by phone ?
A)The apartment owner Chwee in charge of booking of the apartments is not in the Philippines but is doing some other businesses overseas.The apartment rental is just a small part of the various businesses he is doing,so even if you are in the Philippines and you insist on making phone calls,you have to call them using international phone calls at your own expense.Why not save your money and send an email or just click the button below at almost zero cost?Besides,if you call them on the phone when they are busy,they will still need to email you back with the answers as they can't just throw everything aside to answer your questions on the phone.That's why email enquiries or just clicking the button below is still better.

Q)Can I book the apartment by talking with the apartment manager Mary Grace?
A)This question is like asking if you can buy a piece of land by talking and discussing the land price with the gardener instead of talking to the land owner.Of course you can't book the Manila apartments by discussing with the apartment manager Mary Grace as the apartment owner Chwee is in charge of booking and confirming the apartment while the apartment manager Mary Grace based in Manila is in charge of meeting guests at the apartment during check in and check out and meeting or talking to guests staying at the apartments in case of any questions or problems during their stay or opening the apartment doors for guest who insist on viewing actual apartment before booking.The apartment manager Mary Grace is also in charge of housekeeping and cleanliness at the apartments .So please talk to the right person for different matters.
Only exception is when you have already finished discussing with Chwee(apartment owner) regarding the rent and you really want to see the apartment or to make the booking payment at the apartment(online payment is still preferred) or to to do the paper work for your stay .But meeting up at apartment just to see the apartment may cost you 450 pesos viewing charge,.

Q)Is smoking allowed at the apartments?
A)Smoking is definitely not allowed at any of the apartments.In case any guest smoke inside the apartment (the smoking smell is very very obvious even days after smoking),the guest who booked the apartment will have to pay the costs of replacing all the mattresses and blankets and bedsheets and pillows and sofas
and other equipment affected by the tobacco smoke or smell.This could come up to more than US$1000 or about 45,000 pesos .So,heavy smokers who defintely must smoke inside the apartment are advised not to come.
Q)Are pets allowed at the apartments?
A)No pets are allowed at the apartments except for the Manila executive regency apartment for long stays.In this case the tenant needs to place a pet deposit of 18,000 pesos in case the pet damages the apartment or the equipment inside or injures people or damage common property at the condominium or makes a nuisance.If at the end of the stay the pet does not do any damage to the apartment or the equipment inside and does not damage any common condominium property and does not injure anybody then the pet deposit will be refunded.
Q)How many people can stay at each of the apartments?
A)For the Adriatico apartments,each apartment is suitable for 4 people but if you don't mind having a crowd,then 7 people in 1 apartment is ok too.
For the Manila executive regency apartment,1 or 2 people is best but if you don't mind a bit of squeeze then 4 people is ok too.
Q)Are the apartments fully furnished?
A) All the apartments are completely fully furnished.Just bring your money and your ID/passport and clothes.
Q)Can I book and pay nothing and pay only on arrival at the apartment??
A)Turn the situation around and ask yourself,if you are the apartment owner ,would you take such a high risk and reserve the apartment for someone you don't even know without taking any deposit ?What if the guest make a booking without making any deposit payment and then never turn up ?How are you going to find an alternative guest at such short notice??
So obviously guests making a booking without making any partial security deposit payment at all will not get a reservation until the deposit payment is made.
Guests trying to check in without advanced booking and without advanced partial security deposit payment will not be entertained.Even if we don't mind last minute check in,we can't bring you in as the office building admin and security department needs advanced notice of your checking in.So if you try to come in without advanced booking and advanced payment you can't come in until all the rent and terms and conditions are understood and agreed and you still need another 1 or 5 nites to wait for the building admin and security to approve your move in.In conclusion,don't come in without advanced booking and advanced payment.
Q)Is internet available at the apartment?
A)Basic Internet is available at all the apartments plus computer,web camera,printer,photocopy machine etc.But if you need super ultra high speed internet,then you need to pay for the cost of the internet card or kit to upgrade to the higher speed.(about 600 pesos to 1500 pesos)
Q)Is washing machine provided at each of the apartments?
A) All the apartments come with washing machine and dryer to dry the clothes
Q)Is airconditioning provided?
A)All the apartments comes with airconditioning so you can feel really comfortable while staying there.But for long stay tenants,your utilities charge depends on your usage so the higher your usage the higher your utilities bill for long stay tenants.
Q)Is hot water shower provided?
A)All the apartments come with nice hot shower.Who shower with cold water nowadays? :))
Q)Is a refrigerator provided?
A) All the apartments come with quite a large refrigerator to put in your groceries like fruits,meats and vegetables,so this way you really save a lot of money buying your groceries cheaply at the nearby supermarket rather than paying for overpriced items when staying at hotels.
Q)Are your apartments value for money for tenants and guests ?
A)Definitely. Most standard hotel rooms of just 10-18 square metre area with almost no equipment will cost you more than my apartments ,some of 40 square metre area with lots of equipment like internet,computer,web cam,printer,photocopy machine,refrigerator,oven,washing machine,dvd player or karaoke player with many loudspeakers,electric iron and ironing board,swimming pool,gymn or sauna etc.So a typical apartment will be like a large hotel suite but cost less than a tiny standard hotel room.For the same size accomodation and same equipment ,i'll say my apartment cost 1/5 to 1/2 the cost of an equivalent hotel suite.Only stupid people with too much money to throw away will choose a typical overpriced hotel room. :))

Q)Can I come down to view the actual apartment even though I already can see so many photos of the apartment online??
A)Yes,you can come down to view the apartment but in order to save on unnecessary time wasting and unproductive meeting up,and hence keep the apartment rent low for the rest of the guests and tenants who do not need to come to view the apartment,please first click this button below so that we can explain more.
Q)What is the official check in and check out time?
A)There is no official check in and check out time so you can check in or check out anytime you want,whether morning,afternoon or night.
But if you change your check in time ,you need to let us know early as the apartment manager Mary Grace will only go to the apartment slightly before your arrival time.In most hotels ,if you either check in in the morning or check out at nite ,the hotels will charge you for extra 1 nite of stay but here,early check in or late check out is ok as long as you don't come in the day before your stated check in date or check out after your stated check out date.
Q)What if I have questions or enquiries during my stay here?Who do I call or talk to?
A)The person to talk to is the apartment manager Mary Grace based in Manila .She is the right person to talk to during your stay here .
Q)What is the number of people that are allowed to stay at the apartments?
A)For each of One Adriatico or Three Adriatico apartments,each can stay 4 people comfortably but the maximum is 8 people although you may not feel comfortable with so many people.For the tiny Manila Executive Regency apartment ,ideally there should be just 1 or 2 people but maximum is 4 but you may not feel comfortable with 4 people.
If there are more people,the extras can use either the sofas or the extra mattresses in each apartment for sleeping
Q)How far away is the Robinsons shopping mall from the apartment?
A)If you are at the One Adriatico or Three Adriatico condominium apartment lobby,it will take you just about 8 seconds walk or 20 walking steps to walk to the giant Robinsons shopping mall.Yes,just 8 seconds walk,not 8 minutes.
If you are at the Manila Executive Regency apartment lobby,then it should take about 25 to 60 seconds walk to reach the giant Robinsons shopping mall at Ermita /Malate
Q)How many channels are there on the cable tv ?
A)About 85 channels
Q)What if I need super super high speed internet?
A)We can advise you on the internet kit/card needed or can even buy them for you but you have to pay for the cost of the internet kit/card for increasing the internet speed(about 600 to 1500 pesos)
Q)Can I bring back my own guests to the apartment?
A)Yes,of course,but you will be responsible for your guest's behaviour or damages to equipment or property they may cause.In other words,supposed your guests damage some items in the apartment ,you will be the one responsible to pay for the damages

Q)What currency should be used for payment of security deposit and rent?
A)For apartments in Manila,Philippines ,of course Philippines pesos is used for rent payment .For security deposit,Philippine pesos or other currencies is ok.But if you prefer other currencies for security deposit you need to let me know so that I can quote you the exchange rate and the amount of security deposit in your preferred currency.
Q)What exchange rate do you use if I decide to pay the security deposit in currencies other than Philippine pesos?
A)We use the exchange rate at the universal currency website and will let you know the rate we are using.The exchange rate varies every moment and the rate used is that at the moment of booking and not at the moment of checking into apartment.Click this button below to see the universal currency website.
Q)How do I make online payment for partial security deposit or rent?
A)Just click this button below and pay using paypal or credit cards of visa,master or amex and the actual payment will be directed to the secure website of paypal so we will not be able to see your credit number number.Or you can pay using graph card.Click this button below
Q)If I do not have a credit card or paypal or graphcard account,how do I make payment of partial security deposit to reserve the apartment?
A)You can pay us using western union money transfer and it takes only about 15 minutes after transfer for the payment to reach us.But please use this method of payment only if you trust the person or the company that you are sending the money to.Before sending money by this method,please email us so we can tell you the details for the transfer to ensure that the transfer is done properly.
Alternatively if you really need to speak to some one in Tagalog language(Philipino language) you can call the apartment manager Mary Grace based in manila.She is the one who will be looking after your needs during your stay here.But please bear in mind that Mary Grace is in charge of maintaining the condminium apartments but not in charge of booking and reservations
